The Oregon Prescribed Fire Council and Washington Prescribed Fire Council are hosting the first ever joint meeting between the two Councils. Please join us this February for an opportunity to explore current issues and themes in prescribed fire and smoke management, share learning, and connect across state lines.
This year's meeting will focus on private lands prescribed burning, the updates to each state's smoke management plans, and more. We are expecting to hear from forestry leadership in each state and see how prescribed fire is being implemented on a community forest managed by the Mt. Adams Resources Stewards in Glenwood, WA.
Vendors
The Oregon and Washington Prescribed Fire Council Meeting will be a great opportunity to network with the prescribed fire community in the Pacific Northwest. Vendor Registration is $200 per vendor for an informational/promotional table at the meeting as well as registration for the whole meeting for one person. For $400 vendors will be considered a sponsor for the meeting, which includes having a table and registration as above, as well as logo/name on agenda, conference materials, and website, and a shout-out during the event as a sponsor. Lodging Information
There is a room block reserved at the Hood River Best Western at varying rates, including government rate and river view rooms. To secure a room at any of the room block rates, please reserve by 1/31/18. Our room block is under "Oregon Washington Prescribed Fire Council".

Registration Fee
Registration for the meeting is $35. This helps support meeting costs and Council functions. Thank you!

Forest Service staff have had their registration fee pre-paid this year.
